We welcome third-party inspection from SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, or any accredited agency you choose – your confidence is our priority.

Mechanical Strength Testing
- Flexural Strength: ISO 14125 – verified bending resistance of grating panels
- Tensile Strength: ASTM D638 – measured tensile properties of the composite material
- Compressive Strength: ASTM D695 – vertical load-bearing capacity verification
- Impact Resistance: ISO 179 – Charpy impact testing for toughness
- Load Deflection Testing: Full-panel load testing under uniform and concentrated loads
Material Property Testing
- Glass Content Analysis: Burn-off test (ASTM D2584) to verify glass-to-resin ratio
- Barcol Hardness: ASTM D2583 – surface hardness measurement
- Water Absorption: ASTM D570 – moisture resistance verification
- Density Measurement: ASTM D792 – confirming material density specifications
Fire & Safety Testing
- Flame Spread: ASTM E-84 (Class 1 flame spread rating)
- Smoke Density: ASTM E-662 – smoke generation measurement
- Limiting Oxygen Index: ASTM D2863 – material flammability characterization
- BS 476 Part 7: Surface spread of flame classification (UK standard)
Chemical Resistance Testing
- Immersion Testing: ASTM C581 – samples immersed in your specified chemicals
- Weight & Thickness Change: Measured after chemical exposure
- Retained Strength: Post-exposure mechanical properties verification
Dimensional & Visual Inspection
- Panel Dimensions: Length, width, thickness with calibrated instruments
- Mesh Size Verification: Opening dimensions and bar spacing
- Color Matching: Spectrophotometer verification against RAL/Pantone standards
- Surface Quality: Visual inspection for defects, uniformity, and finish quality
- Weight per Panel: Verification against theoretical and specified weights

Inspection Process
- Schedule: You or your nominated agency informs us of the inspection date
- Preparation: We prepare samples, testing equipment, and all relevant documentation
- On-Site Inspection: Inspector conducts tests at our facility with full access
- Report: You receive the independent inspection report directly from the agency
- Shipment: Products ship only after passing inspection and receiving your approval
