Shackle Types We Manufacture

• D-Shackle (Chain Shackle) — narrow body, used for in-line tension. Common for chain-to-chain and chain-to-rope connections.
• Bow Shackle (Anchor Shackle) — wider rounded body, takes multi-directional loads. Ideal for anchor lines, lifting slings, and marine applications.
• Twist Shackle — rotated pin for side-loading chains.
• Long D-Shackle — extended body for multiple sling legs.

Pin Types

• Screw Pin — most common, easy to open with a wrench
• Round Pin — smooth head, lower cost, for permanent installations
• Safety Bolt Pin — hex-head bolt plus locking nut, anti-vibration
• Captive Pin — pin cannot be fully removed, used in safety-critical rigging

Material & Size Range

• Material: AISI 304 stainless, AISI 316/316L marine, hot-dip galvanized carbon steel
• Pin diameter: 4 mm to 50 mm (5/16" to 2")
• WLL range: 100 kg to 8,500 kg
• Finish: polished mirror, electro-polished, or self-color
