Shackle Types We Manufacture
- D-Shackle (Chain Shackle) — narrow body, used for in-line tension. Common for chain-to-chain and chain-to-rope connections.
- Bow Shackle (Anchor Shackle) — wider rounded body, takes multi-directional loads. Ideal for anchor lines, lifting slings, and marine applications.
- Twist Shackle — rotated pin for side-loading chains.
- Long D-Shackle — extended body for multiple sling legs.
Pin Types
- Screw Pin — most common, easy to open with a wrench
- Round Pin — smooth head, lower cost, for permanent installations
- Safety Bolt Pin — hex-head bolt plus locking nut, anti-vibration
- Captive Pin — pin cannot be fully removed, used in safety-critical rigging
Material & Size Range
- Material: AISI 304 stainless, AISI 316/316L marine, hot-dip galvanized carbon steel
- Pin diameter: 4 mm to 50 mm (5/16″ to 2″)
- WLL range: 100 kg to 8,500 kg
- Finish: polished mirror, electro-polished, or self-color
